La Bella Luna Persians guarantees your babies health for 48 hours after purchase. It

covers disease or illness that has been verified by a licensed veterinarian. This does NOT cover accidents, injury or sickness that was caused by improper care of the kitten while in the buyers possession. I do not give cash refunds on non-registered or registered kittens.

For the registered kittens

This also includes a 1 year genetic disorder guarantee. If a licensed veterinarian determines the kitten was sold with a genetic disorder or illness, I will replace the kitten with a healthy replacement, when one becomes available, I do not give cash refunds. Proof of illness or disease must be given to Seller, certified in writing, by a licensed veterinarian.

 

 

Please do not take offense, this contract is used in the best interest of the kitten, first and foremost.


Purchaser agrees to the following terms

  1.La Bella Luna(Seller) agrees to sell you (Purchaser) the above kitten. Your kitten is guaranteed to be healthy upon receipt. Once the kitten leaves these premises it becomes the full responsibility of the Purchaser, including all expenses medical or otherwise.

 2. I do not give cash refunds. If  a kitten is returned due to genetic illness, a replacement will be given of same quality when available.

  3. This kitten should be checked by a licensed veterinarian, at your expense, within 72 hours of sale. Kitten may be returned for replacement only if licensed vet diagnoses the animal as having serious illness or deformity. Serious illness meaning shortened lifespan, long-term illness. Buyer is responsible for all vet and testing fees.

  4. All sales are final after 3 days  (72 hours).

  5. Kittens from La Bella Luna shall never be placed into, sold or given away to any pet shop,research lab, humane society or similar facility.

  6. Kittens sold as “pet quality” must be spayed/neutered by 6 months of age. After receiving spay/neuter confirmation from a licensed veterinarian, the registration certificate will be sent to Buyer.

  7. A deposit of $100 is required to hold a kitten and is non-refundable for any reason.

 8. Purchaser agrees to contact Seller if kitten is to be resold or relocated. If ownership does change with Sellers permission, Purchaser will inform the new owner of the agreements in this contract and new owner will be expected to honor these same terms.

  9. Purchaser agrees to care for this kitten by providing adequate indoor facilities, fresh food and  water, maintain proper nutrition, daily grooming and have regular immunizations. Kitten is to be indoors only and is not to be de-clawed.

Purchaser’s signature indicates that she/he has read and understands the contract prior to purchasing this kitten and agrees with the terms and conditions.
